Greystar Real Estate Partners announced Tuesday the launch of Album, its new seniors housing brand.
Album Keller Ranch, located in Fort Worth, TX, will be the firm’s first project under this new brand. The 55+ rental active adult community was developed in partnership with The Carlyle Group, according to Jackie Rhone, executive director of Greystar Active Adult Apartment Homes. Album joins Greystar’s other seniors housing brands, Overture and Everleigh, Rhone added.
The 180-unit development is expected to open next spring. The setting will include a fitness center, yoga studio, clubhouse and outdoor amenity area including a lounge, outdoor kitchen, heated swimming pool, fire pit, dog park, walking paths and a community garden.
The seniors housing community also will be a part of Greystar’s mixed-use master planned development that includes retail and Elan Keller Ranch, a garden-style apartment community.
Additional Album properties will be developed in the next couple of years, including in Arizona, North Carolina and Texas, according to Robin Craig, senior director of marketing at Greystar Active Adult Apartment Homes. Craig also told McKnight’s Business Daily that new Overture and Everleigh properties are in development as well, with five to six new properties slated for development in the coming year.
