  • “I had the pleasure of meeting him at work many years ago. He had one of the sharpest insurance minds that I have encountered in my career. His consummate professionalism was unrivaled. He always looked the part, impeccably dressed and with a smile. I missed seeing him after he retired but wished him well. He was definitely one of a kind.”

-- Linda Clausen Gorka

  • “Wayne and I worked together at PNI for many years. I was honored to call him my mentor and friend. He truly was one of the good guys.”

-- Nancy and David Mills

  • “I feel blessed to have known Wayne and to have been part of his life. I met Wayne though mutual friends about 20 years ago. Over the past 10 years or so, Wayne and I shared countless dinners and conversations; some at downtown restaurants, others at his home or my home. We often played cards, dice, or board games together before we went out. (Yes – I taught Wayne games and he taught me fashion and style – or at least we both tried.) Whenever we were together, we were sure to share some good laughter. He is gone way too soon, and I miss him dearly. Goodbye, my friend. Rest in peace.”

-- Gary Rynearson

  • “I worked with Wayne for many years. He was well respected and exceedingly professional in all his dealings. What I will remember most about Wayne, though, was our friendship. He was kind-hearted and had a real joy for life. The heavens above have a bit more style now that Wayne is there. Thanks for great memories, my friend.”
