First Community Credit Union hires 2, promotes 1

FCCU recently hired Jessica Ulmer and Eva Anderson and promoted McKenzie Sebastian

First Community Credit Union recently hired Jessica Ulmer as a financial services representative and Eva Anderson as a member relations specialist. FCCU also promoted McKenzie Sebastian to mortgage loan processor.

Ulmer will be located at FCCU’s Jamestown Main branch at 111 9th St SW. Anderson and Sebastian will be located at FCCU’s administrative office at 310 10th St, SE in Jamestown.

As a financial services representative, Ulmer is responsible for helping members with opening new accounts and deposit services. Ulmer, who is originally from Devils Lake, comes to FCCU from Jamestown Regional Medical Center where she worked as a financial counselor.

“I’m excited to continue my journey in finance and to help our members at FCCU,” Ulmer said.

As a mortgage loan processor, Sebastian will be responsible for processing mortgage loans and helping with loan documentation. Sebastian joined FCCU in the fall of 2020 as a member relations specialist.

“I’m looking forward to this new position and new opportunity with FCCU,” Sebastian said.

Anderson as a member relations specialist will be responsible for resolving member inquiries regarding accounts, service requests, operational-related matters and credit union products and services. Anderson, who grew up near Carrington, N.D., brings over 20 years of customer service experience to FCCU.

“I am looking forward to my new position and love helping our members,” Anderson said.
