Oklahoma: A repeat offender allegedly murdered his neighbour, cooked her heart with potatoes and fed it to his family before he allegedly murdered three other members of his family. The 42-year-old man allegedly stabbed his neighbour to death at her residence in Chickasha, Oklahoma on February 9.

The accused man was identified as Lawrence Paul Anderson. After murdering his neighbour Andrea Lynn Blankenship, the accused went back home and killed his uncle and his granddaughter.

Accused stabbed aunt in both eyes

The police reached the deceased man's house on being informed and saw his body. While the 67-year-old man had passed away, the child - Kaeos Yates- was injured. She, however, breathed her last on her way to the hospital. The accused also stabbed his aunt Delsie Pye in both her eyes. The woman, however, survived.

Accused fed heart to family "release the demons"

While being interrogated, Anderson revealed that he cooked up his neighbour's heart with potatoes and fed it to his family as he wanted to "release the demons". As per Oklahoman, the man had been released from jail in January this year.

He was sentenced to 20 years for gun and drug offences in 2017. The sentence was commuted to 9 years by Governor Kevin Stitt on the recommendation of the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board. The man was released on parole last month and had been staying with his uncle and aunt.

'I don't want no bail'

On Tuesday, Grady County District Attorney Jason Hicks charged Anderson with three counts of first-degree murder and two felony charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and maiming. Anderson broke down before the court on Tuesday and said, "I don't want no bail, your honor. I don't want no bail." As per Hicks, the death penalty for Anderson is "on the table".

Reportedly, Blankenship's body was discovered two days after the cops found Yates and her uncle. In the search warrant request, it was mentioned that the investigators want to collect the utensils used for cooking by the accused. Efforts are also being made to ascertain if the accused was under the influence of drugs when he murdered the victims.
