DETROIT - The Detroit vs Everybody brand has created another timely product. “Everybody vs Covid-19” hoodies and shirts are now on sale, with a portion of the proceeds going to help small businesses in the area which are struggling because of decreased sales due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“Our mission is to inspire people to come together as a community and overcome adversity, no matter how dire it might be,” the company said in a statement. “Disruptive and tragic circumstances will bring out the best or the worst in each other. We have always wanted to inspire the best.”

“Everybody vs Covid-19” shirts are $34.99 each. Hoodies are $59.99. The company tells MLive that 20% of sales will go straight to the Detroit Small Business Stabilization Fund. People can also donate directly to the organization here.
“Through this bleak moment, we have been inspired not to complain, but to contribute. Inspired to use our platform to give others an opportunity to give back from the confines of their quarantine. This is to remind us that it’s Everybody against the virus, rather than everybody against each other. We want this message to spread and take root faster than the virus itself."
