4 Ways This Wealth Therapist Whips Her Six Figure Entrepreneurs Into Money Making Machines

This article is more than 6 years old.

Agnes Kowalski is the accidental tycoon. An immigrant who went from poverty mindset maxing out at $40,000 per year to consistent 6 figure years as a wealth therapist. She now shows entrepreneurs, artists, creatives and service providers how to tap into their subconscious programming around money so they can give themselves Permission to Prosper ™ in every area of their lives and businesses.

In other words, Agnes is a legitimate money mindset beast.  There are many money mindset coaches out there but none who exude the authenticity and ability to get into the nitty gritty of what holds us back from living our very best financial lives as Agnes Kowalski.

She is a fellow psychotherapist and if you know anything about our field, some therapists tend to have money mindset issues around being paid what we are worth.

But she gets it.  She gets it in a way that makes total sense while combining the "woo woo", practical applications and the concrete psychological underpinnings of money blocks.

You may have heard that we should declutter our homes and wallets in order to bring more money and abundance into our lives.

But do you truly understand why?

Some of us get involved in the "work" while maintaining the same mindset because we don't understand why and how decluttering works in conjunction with the psychological processes at play.

I had a chance to sit down with Agnes and cover these issues because I think it's so important that when we do mindset work, that we go deep to clear out the junk that holds us back from true prosperity and abundance.

Here are four ways Agnes whips her entrepreneur clients' money mindset into shape.

On taking the power of money off the pedestal.

When wealth is put on a pedestal, it does what all great/terrible dictators do - it makes you feel small and unworthy and even resentful. Which, surprise, are not feelings that boost your finances. This is why it’s important to normalize wealth in your life, why money and wealth is for you, for people like you, from your culture or neighborhood or background - find the evidence for your brain to make wealth a real possibility for you and surround yourself with those reminders.

This also forces you to see that wealth is not connected to your worthiness as a human being, it is a combination of aligned persistent action and a “knowing” that you can anchor in your life.

A real estate agent client did just this, she took the power of money ruling her life off the pedestal, she stopped “waiting” to live when the money from a sale came in (she had an 8 month dry spell) and 4 weeks later $69,000 in escrow showed up.

Facing the inner child running your financial show

Yes we can have financial tantrums, clients often come to me with “I want what I desire now, not later and if i can’t have it now - then I’ll just make sure i never have it by getting into massive debt”.

This shows us the deeper layers in our subconscious that don’t truly believe we can have wealth and try to sabotage us with the need for instant gratification.

Consistency is something most of us didn’t have in childhood and it shows up in the way we manage our money - take care of those inner child emotions and you will have far less reason to break contracts with yourself around building wealth.

This is often where income plateaus happen, most people don’t want to look at what they will have to give up in order to get what they want, because giving up old paradigms (like being inconsistent with ourselves) is painful.

Imagine every thought you think costs you $100.

That means every thought that passes through your head needs to be an investment and we would pay a lot closer attention to what we were thinking. If we aren’t in control of our thoughts, we’re not in alignment with our feelings and the external result is often chaos in our finances. So it’s important to watch where we are “spending” our consciousness and energy and if it is wise or reckless will tell us a lot about how our money story is being reflected in our world.

They say we have 70K + thoughts per day, if the majority of those are not feeling good, or are heavy, negative or pessimistic - this will also get reflected in our ability to attract and keep wealth.

Clearing the hidden agendas that hold us back from making the millions.

Hidden agendas are the kryptonite of creating wealth. If we are looking for money to make us feel important, worthy, valuable, noticed, beautiful, respected then we are motivated by a hidden agenda. We don’t really want the money, we want how the money is going to make us feel.

I have my clients make a list - what are all the things I will feel when I reach my financial goal...because that is what they are actually after and the very thing that prevents them from making the money. Think about it, if you could just skip having to do any of the internal work to actually feel formidable - why wouldn’t you?

It’s human nature to look for the path of least resistance, but it’s also a trap to not evolving. So if you are feeling stuck financially, this could be why. A client who is a Hollywood film producer did the work on a hidden agenda of “I’ll show all of these people who hurt me how amazing I am” (and just worked on honoring her anger instead) quadrupled her income and booked 3 producing gigs in as many months.

Agnes' work with her clients targets the parts of their subconscious that sabotages their financial lives.  She is launching her popular program Permission to Prosper ™ which focuses on dramatically shifting your money mindset in order to trigger prosperity and create more money, freedom and financial security.

When taking the next big leap in our financial lives such as starting a business or seeking a promotion, we must look at the ways in which we're limiting ourselves. Through our money mindset work, we can crush the money blocks that hold us back.
