SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Small nonfarm businesses in 40 Idaho counties and neighboring counties in Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming are now eligible to apply for low interest federal disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration, announced Director Tanya N. Garfield of SBA’s Disaster Field Operations Center-West. These loans offset economic losses because of reduced revenues caused by drought in the following primary counties that began April 15, 2021. 

Primary Idaho counties: Adams, Bannock, Benewah, Boise, Bonneville, Butte, Camas, Franklin, Gem, Kootenai, Latah, Lincoln, Nez Perce and Oneida; Neighboring Idaho counties:  Ada, Bear Lake, Bingham, Blaine, Bonner, Canyon, Caribou, Cassia, Clark, Clearwater, Custer, Elmore, Gooding, Idaho, Jefferson, Jerome, Lemhi, Lewis, Madison, Minidoka, Payette, Power, Shoshone, Teton, Valley and Washington; Neighboring Oregon counties: Baker and Wallowa; Neighboring Utah counties: Box Elder, Cache and Rich; Neighboring Washington counties: Asotin, Spokane and Whitman; Neighboring Wyoming counties:  Lincoln and Teton.
