She dressed casually in a charcoal tracksuit with white socks and sneakers.

Kayla was also joined by her two-year-old daughter Arna, whom she shares with her ex-fiancé and business partner Tobi Pearce, and a nanny.

The celebrity trainer was clearly in a happy mood as she arrived at the dealership.

After spending half an hour inside the dealership, the Sweat co-founder emerged carrying a set of keys, ready to drive off in her new car.

Kayla chatted to the Mercedes sales team and even took a few photos of her smiling daughter.

Kayla looked very happy with her purchase: a shiny black Mercedes.

Notably absent from the shopping trip was Kayla's new boyfriend, known as Mitch G.

Mitch and Kayla have been dating for several months, but the notoriously private businesswoman has yet to comment on the relationship.

Kayla confirmed she had found love again in an interview with Australian Women's Health in May, but stopped short of revealing the mystery man's identity.

'It's early days, so I won't share too much. But I'm super happy. We have a strong sense of family and a love for fitness [in common],' she said.

Kayla confirmed her split from Tobi, who is Arna's father, in August last year.

The former couple, who were together for eight years, co-founded the Bikini Body Training Company - later renamed Sweat - after meeting in late 2012.

The business partners sold their health and fitness empire for $400million, according to The Courier Mail on Tuesday.

The company was bought by U.S. software giant iFIT Health & Fitness Inc.

In 2020, the Sweat app generated a staggering $99.5million in revenue, with the majority of sales coming from the American market.

Despite the company changing hands, the young millionaires will continue to manage the business from its headquarters in Adelaide.

The Sweat fitness program helps people transform their bodies and achieve dramatic weight loss at the gym or from home.

At the time of their separation last year, Kayla said in a statement that she and Tobi would remain friends and business partners.
