A Miri woman cheated while sourcing for quick loan on social media.
MIRI: In her desperation to secure a quick loan of RM30,000 for her personal use, a woman here searched online to find a ready financier and ended up RM11,500 poorer for it after being scammed.
The victim, who works in a private company, lodged a police report at the Miri police station on Saturday (Nov 7).
