Discover records its highest ever customer satisfaction score in study’s nine-year history

RIVERWOODS, Ill.--()--Discover (NYSE: DFS) today ranked highest for credit card customer satisfaction among U.S. credit card companies, according to the J.D. Power 2015 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction StudySM. Discover received its highest ever overall score in the nine years that J.D. Power has recognized credit card companies’ customer satisfaction, with 828 out of a possible 1,000 points.

The J.D. Power 2015 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction StudySM collected more than 20,000 credit card users’ opinions. Surveyed cardmembers rated Discover highest in every major category including, credit card terms, billing and payment, rewards, benefits and services, problem resolution and channel activities.
